AVTA
Holiday Village was
established in the Kadikalesi region in Turgutreis, Bodrum, for lawyers, judges
and all law practitioners.
The stream, mandarin gardens and endless beach combined with peacocks roaming the vast lawns and ducks and fish in the ponds gives a natural feel to the village.
AVTA is split into two sections; these are Palm Tree & Park District. The facilities in the village are second to none! Within the complex there is tennis and basketball courts, children’s parks and two separate swimming pools.
The
AVTA village is less than ten minutes from Gumusluk and five minutes from Turgutreis by
Dolmush. AVTA benefits from the same beautiful sunsets over a island
bespectacled horizon. You will be able to enjoy the terrific sunsets at your
table either on the terrace of the Seaside Restaurant, the seaside pool or
relaxing on large pillows on the dock.
The memories that you have at AVTA will keep you coming back year after year.

Each apartment has plenty of room and sleeps up to 4.

You may either prepare your own meals or enjoy them at Agac Alti or Sahil Restaurants, the quality of food is very good with reasonable prices.
Swimming Pool and the Sea
The sea, swimming pools, and beach are complementary to each other. You can enjoy sunbathing either on the natural sand of the long beach that AVTA has or on the soft grass along with the swimming pool. The temperature in the sea is around 25.C and always very clear.
AVTA’s half Olympic swimming pool is fun for the whole family with a deep end for the adults and a pool for the children. There is a bar at each of the swimming pools with good shaded areas.
Cafes and Restaurants
The Beach Café has an excellent menu and is set against a antique style theatre.
Tennis Court
You have the advantage of playing tennis on our court in the village. Racquets and balls are available.
Basketball Court
For those who want to be more active there is a basketball court for guests to use.
Beach Volleyball
You can have a nice time playing or watching beach volleyball while the sun is setting.
Kids Club
AVTA provides a great environment for kids with a fun activity area, where your children can interact with other children, painting, dancing and playing with fun toys.
Outdoor Callisthenics Gym
Under the shade of palm trees you can exercise on fun callisthenics equipment.

There is a free internet café on site.
